Standard domestic shipping typically arrives in 2–4 business days depending on destination.

International Shipping

At this time, Synergy Enzymes ships only within the United States.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

If there is an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect item, or packaging concerns), contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@synergyenzymes.com.

Returns cannot be accepted once vials have been opened, altered, or stored improperly.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only after the product is returned and inspected.
